Hi, I’m Manola

A therapist, twin, and bonafide nature-lover.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward self-empowerment. I earned my master’s degree in social work from Portland State University in 2016.

I have a wide range of experience working with diverse individuals in community, healthcare, and educational settings. I learned how trauma can be passed down through families, and how a person’s experiences can influence their current thoughts, feelings, and decisions in life.

I had the opportunity to help youth, adults and families with navigating oppressive systems by advocating, supporting, and validating their experiences. This is why I am devoted to working with historically marginalized people and communities.

After working with survivors of sexual trauma and domestic violence, I became passionate about supporting people on their journey toward finding safety and calm. I believe everyone deserves to be healthy and to thrive in life.
